Make notes on: (5mins individually) 1. What were you doing? 2. Who were you with? 3. Which of your key strengths were you using? (Or weaknesses you were managing?) What was is that made you happy? 4. (Are there other times when you’ve applied these key strengths, and felt energetic, authentic and happy?) Review this in your pairs – describe the scenario, and work together to identify: (5 mins each) 1. Why this represents you at your best 2. How you might recreate this in your current or future roles
