Physical rest is important Spiritual rest is important Worry often hinders both physical and spiritual “And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” Phil. 4:7

We serve a God that “neither slumbers or sleeps” Psalms 121:4 “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” Matt. 11:28-30
