What’s this all about? Picture a single place for foodservice professionals to go when they need to deal with samples. One place….online…in the cloud.

Sign up…then set up. Setting your company up in as little as a few hours. Robust administrative area used to set up and maintain everything needed to run your samples process. Ability to set up: Users(employees, brokers, etc) Products Companies(distributors, operators, etc) Approval processes Business rules Users Products Companies OK, Let’s Get Started!

Who Needs the Sample? In the picklist of companies you work with, choose who you want to get this sample. If it’s a new company, you’d simply enter the new company info into the system.

What Product(s)? Choose from the product file loaded into the system which product(s) are being requested. Once picked, enter the quantity needed.

Where is the product going? Pick the scenario where the order needs to go and then enter the address and contact info.

When Do They Need It? Pick the date the sample(s) needs to arrive.

Submittal and Approval Click Submit and that’s it. If your company sets up an approval process, it will now inform the approver they have a new Sample request to approve.

Letter automatically builds out of system to be used as order request. Letter can be administered and adjusted to the needs of the manufacturer.

Then What? Track the status of this sample which enhances reporting. System keeps a historical footprint of what happens. History Tab

There is a whole library of useful 2D reports. Choose whether your output will be PDF or Excel. Plus you can filter some reports. Once you run it, the report opens and it ready for use. Reporting-2 Dimensional
