23. Our English word “DIAGNOSIS” comes from the Greek word διαγιvώσκω which means “to discover by observing around or through.” Our English word “PROGNOSIS” comes from the Greek word πρoγιvώσκω which means “to project or to predict what will happen based on that which has been diagnosed.”

24. EVALUATING OUR CIRCUMSTANCES: 1-Putting our concerns in proper perspective 2-Acknowledging that there are some circumstances which we have no human power to change 3-Where a change in our circumstances IS possible, we have God’s power to make careful, informed decisions

25. No matter what the DIAGNOSIS of our present situation might be, the PROGNOSIS, that is, the ultimate outcome, can always be in our favor, that is, IF we follow the Biblical prescription found in Philippians 4: verses 6 & 8

26. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. Finally, whatever is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, or admirable ‑‑ if anything is excellent or praiseworthy ‑‑ focus on things such as these.

27. 1-Maintaining a strong communion with the Lord 2-Strengthening your relationships with others 3-Accepting and caring about yourself and your well ‑ being 4-Focusing on that which is positive and affirming

28. Philippians 4:7 ‑ THE PEACE OF GOD, WHICH TRANSCENDS ALL HUMAN UNDERSTANDING, WILL GUARD YOUR HEARTS AND YOUR MINDS IN CHRIST JESUS.

29. Rejoice in the Lord because the ultimate PROGNOSIS IS GOOD.
