3 JDTA/NJA Data and Process Currently refreshing all NEC JDTA using legacy Excel data mapping Familiarity with process through GAT only POC for JDTA HMCS Santee/LCDR Holmes

4 Electronic Classroom, ILT Delivery, & Assessments Very limited Electronic Classroom use at this time Site dependent use of Survey Solutions, Questionmark, and Blackboard for Surveys and Assessments. Future BRAC site leaning towards Blackboard

5 Innovations on Traditional AIM Usage AIM currently primarily used for rapid documentation development to support ACE requirements

6 AIM Expertise Initial AIM-II training completed for all sites Expertise levels varies from site to site, help desk / training support provided by Shawn Riley as skill levels and software use expands
