2. Dogs! Dogs are beautiful creatures that make very good companions and have a lovely nature! But they still take up a lot of time and money !

3. Walkies! Dogs need to be walked -on average- twice a day but this may vary if you have a slightly older, weaker, sportier or bigger dog/breed. Every dog’s a sport!

4. Rewarding a dog! If a dog does something correct or well it is extremely important to praise him or reward him. But you need to get the timing right as well because a dog will only know what he has done good if you praise him within one second! There are a number of ways to do this including: a treat, some chicken, a ball, or simply just a stroke and a ‘good dog’!

5. Feeding! Dogs have a wide variety of food types. It is good if when they have dried food you add either- water, milk or some moist food as otherwise it might be a little boring and dry and plain which no-one likes!

6. Playing with him/ her ! Dogs love to play! So it is important to play with him because otherwise he will get bored! Try and play with your dog at least once a day as this will help him to settle in and enjoy his time with you daily!
