7. LOVE comes from within yourself. We all have love inside of us. If we love ourselves we can love others – but sometimes that’s really difficult.

8. What good things can you say about yourself? What makes you wonderful? “I really care about my family, my friends, my staff and all of the children at The Downley School.”

By being kind and patient By listening and showing we care By accepting people for who and what they are and not judging them By thinking carefully about what we say or do and how we can affect others By being brave when someone needs help but can’t ask for it themselves By forgiving
