4 Self-awareness is knowing your motivations,preferences and personality and understanding how these influence your judgement,decisions and interaction with other people

5 Self-awareness is an essential skill for developing personally and professionally. It helps: 1.Capitalize on your strengths 2.Compensate for your limitations

6 Write on a sheet of paper adjectives that you wish could describe your personality. Identify some ways in which you could make changes to Incorporate these qualities into your interaction with others.
