Weak Points of the Organization of the Program Weak Points: 1.Unclear expectations regarding laptop’s technical specifications, cultural aspects (wearing of national costume), etc. 2.Schedule of lectures on series of related topics are spaced out and far in between; there is no continuity in the discussion of related lessons. Recommendations: Clear instruction regarding the technical specifications of laptop (required RAM, hard disk space, etc.), expectation on the wearing of national costume, etc. Related topics be scheduled in a continuous series and lecture free days be given only after the discussion of that topic has been completed.

Strong Points of the Organization of the Program 1.The lecturers are all subject specialists and experts in the field. 2.Library visits are well planned and well coordinated; the library staff are friendly and accommodating in entertaining the participants’ inquiries regarding unclear aspects of their libraries.
