Once you have registered, please log in using the details sent by email from auto- alert@bravosolution.co.uk.auto- alert@bravosolution.co.uk If you need help, give the Helpdesk a call; their contact details are here: If you have not already registered on the system, please click on the blue ‘Register’ button. The registration process is demonstrated via a video demonstration, which can be viewed by clicking on ‘Click here for assistance registering’.

Access the main menu by clicking on the arrowhead

Click on Organisation Profile

You are now in the Organisation Profile. The first page you come to is the ‘Registration Data’ page, which includes the organisation’s basis contact info and details of the main user. Click on ‘Edit’ to amend the information.

In Edit mode, you can amend any of the information currently entered. All fields marked with a * are mandatory. If you would like email alerts from the system to be sent to more than one email address, please enter them in this box, separating each one with a semi-colon. Once you have finished editing the information, click ‘Save’.

You can add extra users into the organisation, in addition to the main user, so that if one person starts completing a tender response and then goes on leave (for example), a colleague may log in separately to complete it. To do this, click on the ‘User Management’ tab.

Click on ‘Create’

Complete the details for the new user. Press Save.

To give the new user access to complete different tasks in the system, click on ‘View User Rights’.

The ‘PQQ/RFQ/ITT Rights’ section enables you to give the new user permissions within the system. Click this button to Edit, and then change all options as required. Don’t forget to Save.

Click on ‘Back to List’. If you have any questions at any stage you call contact the helpdesk

To amend the category that your organisation is registered against, click on the ‘Categories’ tab. You will see the categories (if any) you are currently registered against listed. You can add another category by clicking on ‘Add Category’.

Browse the Category Tree by clicking on the arrowhead next to the category you are interested in. Tick the box next to the relevant category (or categories) and then press ‘Select’. This will save your category in the list.
