2. *What is a secondary address?  An off-campus email address.  Only you have access to it!  (specifically, only you know the password to it.)  The Secondary Email Address is the key to the self-serve tools!

4. Self-Service Tool: Reset Password  Need to have a login and a unique Secondary email address on record  Sends warning email to CCC address  Sends “change my password” link to Secondary email address  Gives a 5-digit alpha- neumeric code to make the link work.

5. Self-Service Tool: Forgot Email Address  Need to have a login and a unique Secondary email address on record  The Secondary email address will receive a list of all the email addresses we have on record.

6. Add/Change the Secondary Address  Self-Service: log in!  Just like logging in to the Portal!
