3 Custom Standards How will they appear? Content Area > Grade > Strand > Sub strand

4 Custom Standards What do I need? Excel (.xls or.xlsx) 12 fields a. State b. Source (Content Standards, Framework, etc.) c. Subject Area d. Year (single, 4-digit year only) e. Grade Range f. Grades g. Parent (Use the Parent field if a standard is a sub-standard. The Parent field is the standard description of the main standard. Otherwise, leave blank.) h. Label i. Code j. Description k. Linkable (Y, N only- will a user be able to link an exam question to this line of data?) l. GUID (Leave this field blank, as it is for internal purposes)

6 Custom Standards Additional Notes Submit one subject per file. Multiple grades should be separated by a comma (,). For Example, Grade Range: Grades 9 though 12, Grades: 9,10,11,12. District or consortium lead should submit all files to the Status List.

10 Test Series Why do I want it? Use Common Assessment Data in Pivot Table How did students move (or not move) proficiency levels from one common assessment to another?

11 Test Series Why do I want it? Use Common Assessment Data in Multiple Assessment Listing Show common assessment data next to demographics and other scores.

12 Test Series Why do I want it? Look at student common assessment data across grade levels Which students across grade levels scored lower on their second common assessment that on their first?

18 Test Series Additional Notes A test series contains 1 record per student. Only 1 person at each level (preferably each district) should be able to create a test series. Only create test series for assessments at your level. Creating a test series is permission- based.
