5. 5 Accredited Standards Committee C63 ® - EMC SC 5 Motion Motion: SC 5 requests the Main Committee to approve the Membership, Scope, and Duties of SC 5 as presented on slides 2-4.

6. 6 Accredited Standards Committee C63 ® - EMC SC 5 Project Status C63.9: Immunity of Audio Office Equipment Andy Griffin is new WG Chair. PINS-C reviewed and is being recommended to Main Committee for approval. Motion: SC 5 requests Main Committee to approve PINS-C for C63.9. C63.15: Immunity Measurement Don Heirman is WG Chair. Work progressing on evaluation of 10 proposals identified in PINS-C to determine which to include in actual PINS.

7. 7 Accredited Standards Committee C63 ® - EMC C63.9 PINS-C Topics Topics to consider Updating the references Improve cross references to the later version of IEC61000-4-3 Update the MU to that covered in IEC61000-4-3 Many Editorial Corrections Add requirements for LTE Define the test level requirements in Table A1 Ensure “Shall” and “Should” are correctly used Allow the use of simulation, because access to the communication system is not always available. Define cable configurations in accordance with IEC61000-4-3 Not requiring the need to use a reference CODEC

8. 8 Accredited Standards Committee C63 ® - EMC SC 5 Project Status C63.16: ESD Test Methods Guide Steve Whitesell is WG Chair. Draft 2.0 circulated to Main Committee for email ballot on April 20. Only 6 responses: 2 Yes, 4 Abstain. MEC feedback and editorial changes, but no technical changes, incorporated into new Draft 3.0 during WG meeting on Monday. Motion: SC 5 requests the Main Committee to approve formation of a C63.16 ballot group and subsequent submission of the document for ballot.

9. 9 Accredited Standards Committee C63 ® - EMC SC 5 Project Status C63.24: Generic In-Situ Immunity Evaluation No progress has been made on this project. Latest draft (August 2012), comments on draft, and history of project circulated on January 12 with request for interested parties to step up. A few people commented, but no one indicated willingness to work on or lead effort. Don Heirman volunteered to make one last effort to see if he could find interested parties to work on project before we decide to cancel it.
