4 INTRODUCTION Was a Technician for 3 years Spend majority of time working on common issues Running slow Troubleshooting Network issues Group Policy issues Software issues

5 PROBLEM STATEMENT Too much time is spent on common problems. Too many tickets are submitted for these common computer tasks/issues

7 PROPOSED SOLUTION Fix by giving technicians one place to fix all of theses common problems Enable people at the schools to fix these problems as well
