Tell which sentence has the noun clause and which one has the adjective clause and why. Did you find any plates that are chipped? I can see that this plate is chipped. The 1 st sentence has an Adjective Clause because the phrase is describing plates. The 2 nd sentence has a Noun Clause because it tells what I can see and is the Direct Object.
