This file currently does not support billing of Rejection Memos, Billing Memos, Credit Memos.  Around 230 airlines are involved in the Cargo billing Process through ICH  158 airlines submit less than 10 invoice per week  Around 130,000 Invoices are billed per year through ICH  There are only 22 carriers who participate in the IDEC exchange process. 12
