15 April 16, 2013 Monitoring Report of Findings/No Findings For service areas that participated in a monitoring activity only The April Workbook will include a copy of your Report of Findings or No Findings If you receive a Report of Findings, –A CAP will be on your Task List and in your Workbook –Work with your TA provider to submit your CAP no later than June 1, 2013 15
