What is Google Forms? Google Forms is a cloud-based application that allows the user to collect data into a spreadsheet by using an online survey or questionnaire. Data can be organized and communicated through graphs. 1 SURVEY 2 SPREADSHEET 3 GRAPH

1.Title of Survey. 2.Create a question by editing in the Question Title box. 3.Choose the format for the question to be answered (multiple choice, check boxes, etc.) 1 2 3 1] Create a Survey

1.To complete the survey, click the Done button. 2.Send the survey form to several recipients by pressing the Send Form button. 3.Encode the email addresses of the recipients. A link will be included in the email message for the recipient to answer the survey. 1 2 3 Send the Survey for Students to Answer
