Reasons to lose your license: Failure to pay surcharges Failure to appear in court or pay fines Driving while suspended Failure to provide proof of insurance Physical or mental disqualification Drug or alcohol use Repeated traffic law violations At fault in a fatal accident Failure to respond to and MVC notice

4 Underage Drinking and Driving Motorists under 21 found with a blood alcohol concentration above.01 while operating a motor vehicle will be penalized.

14 Probationary Driver Program Two years after receiving your permit Two or more moving violations totaling more than four points. Cost $100 To correct improper or dangerous driving practices

15 Driver License Restoration After a driver license is restored you will be on probation for one year. Any violation during this time will result in a proposed license suspension.

16 Surcharges and Point Values Accumulating 6 or more points within three years: $150 surcharge and $25 for each additional point
