Enhance ability of all K12 districts to collaborate, to share resources and to respond to the growing demand for bandwidth by weaving existing infrastructure into seamless digital paths throughout Michigan. Districts will retain control of their existing networks. 2September 10, 2013

Setting up a new entity Create MISEN, a non profit corporation and consortium created under the MTA. TRIG and the newly created MISEN board enter into an inter-local consortium agreement. GISD continues to serve as the fiscal agent. September 10, 20137
