20. #3- Chapter Three In chapter 3, Atticus attempts to deal with some of the issues Scout has had at school that day, particularly her desire not to go back. On page 30, Atticus talks to Scout about putting herself in another person’s shoes – being empathetic. Copy and cite the quote, then explain why he does this and whether you think he reached Scout and made her understand Ms. Caroline [ and maybe Walter, too? ] a bit better.
