We hope to strengthen this area through more exchanges among pathfinder and mentor schools to expand our students’ and teachers’ horizons. partners in learning for schools Anticipated Challenges Challenges for Attaining School’s Vision Incapable of cooperating with innovation: Everyone knows change is necessary, but people with less abilities tend to resist innovation. Time constraints: Teachers are too busy with their works. No matter how urgent change is, some people resist innovation. Unwilling to cooperate with innovation: People like to stay in the “comfort zone.” Any new change or modification may lower their willingness to innovate.

partners in learning for schools Anticipated Challenges Overcome Challenges Change Teachers’Attitudes: Showing innovative performance to teachers will construct an atmosphere that we are ready. Well-planned Timetable: Helping teachers manage time well will let teachers have more time to learn, design and operate ICT. Enhance Teachers’ Innovative Willingness: Infusing old courses into ICT will comfort teachers’ fear for innovation and increase their willingness to innovate

Through PIL and Virtual University learning and exchanges from Pathfinder and Mentor Schools, Li-Chih High School has gained a better ground in many areas of innovations. Being a part of this project is quite an honor and privilege and really helps us inspire our innovations and think of ideas to overcome obstacles.
