April 20023CSG112 Key points E-commerce systems are widely used by novices. The user interface is critical to a successful e-commerce application. Storyboards are valuable aids to documenting a user interface, but are not in themselves sufficient for a specification. An abstract description of a user interface can be adapted to many different presentation devices.
