We aim to provide information & support to people with neuromuscular conditions. We do this by promoting independent living We advocate for services to enable people with MD to fully participate in society We fund research into neuromuscular conditions

In 2012 the apartment achieved the Excellence Ireland Quality Association ABLE Award for Accessibility. MDI achieved a rating of 92% which is the highest award ever achieved by any organisation in the history of the ABLE award.

Assessed under the Irish Tourist Board Quality Assessment Framework. Awarded a 4 star rating as self catering accommodation. Features on the Discover Ireland International web site Can be accessed by over 45 million users in the accessible accommodation section.

Greeted by a member of staff at reception on arrival. Documents are completed. Comprehensive induction on all aspects of the apartment provided Staff remain with guests while they settle in and become comfortable with their surroundings.
