Background Statistics in Practice Special Interest Group decided to explore the use of webinars to offer a year round interaction with ENBIS members Many ENBIS members are highly skilled presenters and could be invited to offer webinars Webinars have no location constraint To date we have held 10 webinars

Webinar operation ENBIS has an account with Webex company We can hold webinars with up to 25 participants Participants do not need to have any Webex or other special software to join in Webinars are not recorded but presenters may make slides available on ENBIS website

Quality control Each webinar has a moderator who organises and facilitates the webinar The moderator coordinates the chat and collates the questions during the webinar The speaker and moderator have a practice webinar before the event Good feedback from participants so far
