History of iRecruit We initially designed iRecruit for a large Abra client while implementing Abra Recruiting Solution. The client was receiving over 1000 applicants per month and having to scan and manually enter all the applicant data into the Recruiting solution using the Abra Recruiting ole functionality. It did not work. Solution: To develop a web-based front-end that would allow applicants to apply through client’s corporate website and auto populate all applicant data into Abra Recruiting. Thus eliminating all data entry and paperwork. Completely streamlining the applicant process.
