7. Reserved Net Operator Hosting This feature allows you to request a Net Conferencing Specialist to provide event support services during a Net Conferencing session on your behalf. Examples of Event Support Services include: o Video playback: Assistance and coordination of the video playback to allow the audio to play through the audio conference. o Advancing slides: Advancement of the slides on behalf of the leader o Closed Captioning: Coordination of closed captioning for the event o Multi server events: Coordination of a multiple server event Concentrate on your message – not event support details

8. Net Replay and FTP File Download Net Replay/FTP File Download Extend your reach with Net Replay. Conferencing will record and host the replay of your meeting. Participants will be able to view and hear your meeting from their PC at their convenience. 9. Manage My Meetings A Manage My Meetings account allows you to access your net and audio conferencing services all from the same portal. Required to reserve/start a Reserved Net meeting on the WebEx Event Center service and to access the Replay. If you do not have a MMM account, continue to use Microsoft Live Meeting in the short term.
