4. Personalizing ‘My DE’ To personalize your ‘My DE’ page, click the link towards the upper right hand corner that says, “Personalize Page.”

5. Personalizing ‘My DE’ The screen that appears gives you several options with instructions on how to personalize your welcome page.  Choose the options that you like  If things get messed up, you can click the “Reset Page to Default Layout” button and start over

7. Searching for Content Using the “Search” field  When you click in the search field, type in key words for the content that you need  Use “More Options” to help you narrow your search

8. Working With Videos Stream Type  Flash will play on screen without launching any other software  Quick Time and Windows Media Player require the use of a media player to view the video Download Type  Windows Media recommended

Working With Videos Downloading  Not recommended if you use a lot of videos Causes storage issues on our server or on your hard drive  If you must download, use the icon located in the lower right hand corner of the “Segment” (see next slide) Right click, and choose, “Save Target As…,” or… Left click and choose the ‘Save’ button on the window that pops up
