Action Ideas 1.Investigate Customer Relations Management (CRM) software packages 2.Role identification: Who, at each site, is doing the job of employer engagement? 3.Develop lines of communication between sites and job developers: what graduates, how many? 4.Consider soft skills training: “tack on” to curriculum? Include at beginning? 5.Strengthen ties between colleges and OneStops, especially in the case of students the program cannot serve. Where can a student be sent instead of being “turned away”? (211 for support services)
