5
Why was the “Passport” created? Helps alleviate faculty resistance. Improves course development efficiency. Becomes an exemplar for future courses.
6
What is a “Passport”? A resource, not a formal training course. An exemplar for using graphics, audio, multimedia and technology – even an AVATAR! Passport, as the theme, represents various destinations in the course development journey.
7
What was the design process? Audience analysis Stakeholder involvement Faculty buy-in Collaborative design process Promotion Hi, I’m ADDIE. I’ll be your guide on this virtual adventure!
8
How is it being used? Faculty explore the site before the kickoff meeting. Faculty revisit the site for additional information while working with IDs. Site is used as exemplar during brainstorm sessions. Site is in LMS to provide experience with the tool before online courses are developed.
