Instructional Design Instructional Design is a systematic process that is well designed in order to improve the education methods.

Instructional Design Theory Learning Theory Instructional Design Model There is a line between Instructional design and learning theory and instructional design theory. The instructional design contains instructional design theory and learning theory. The learning theory focuses on how the learning take place. The instructional design theory focuses on the reason for the learning to take place. The instructional design models concentrate on the method that used to make the learning materials.

Instructional Design There are many different instructional design models from which to choose. Many of these models have common features such - Identify problems. - Draw goals. - Students achievement. - Improve performance.

Analysis The analysis is the base of the learning process. In this phase the desire are : Who are the learners? What must be learned? How the learning will occur?

Design The design phase should be systematic process. This phase deals with learning objective, assessment tools, exercises, content, subject matter analysis, planning and resources. The design phase include: Content outlines. Styles. Assessment strategy. Training Prototypes. Templates.

Development -The development phase is a systematic process to create a program, test it, and improve it. -In this phase strategy will be developed and assembled. -The development in this phase include: Storyboard. Workshop activates. Material Integration technology. - Material in this stage will be reviewed and revised until it will be complete it.

Implementation -The implementation phase ensure that the product is ready for learners. -In this stage everything will be tested to ensure it is practical for training. -Also in this stage feedback will be done from the learners to make an important change on the course.

Evaluation -The final phase is the Evaluation where the project will be determined if it meets the need of the learners or not. -In this phase the evaluation consists of two parts: Formative: occur in each phase. Summative: occur at the end of the course. - The evaluation phase provides information to improve the project in the future.

Why Use Instructional Design Instructional design is essential for us to solve any problems that may encounter whether it is in schools or companies. It is improve students and teachers performance to learn and teach better. Also, it helps companies to enhance their employees ability. Instructional design can be used according to the designers need. Also, they can change the instructional design models as they want.
