Regional and national training in South-East Asia  In 2011, UNOSAT and ADPC have launched a regional initiative to develop the capacity of countries across the Asia and Pacific region  In 2013, UNOSAT teamed with UN ESCAP for further training and capacity development  The partnership focuses on strengthening capacities of national disaster risk management professionals on the use of geospatial information technology for risk assessment and emergency response mapping  Regional Training in Bangkok (GIS4DRM) in collabration with AIT, ITC and ADPC.
