6. NCUR WEBSITE We are modeling our website on those of recent NCUR host institutions in order to ensure that it is easy to understand and navigate. We will add content as our plenary speakers are confirmed. We will be prepared to go live next Spring, prior to the 2011 conference. NCUR 2012

8. GRAD SCHOOL FAIR NCUR 2012 We will offer 100+ tables for schools and vendors We will mail a promotional brochure to current and prospective schools and vendors. Vendor will be able to lease table space, advertise in the program and/or sponsor a session or event Created “Save the date” for WSU’s Grad Fair

9. CONFERENCE SHUTTLE NCUR 2012 FrontRunner Along with the Utah public transit system, Weber State will be providing a shuttle services from WSU to the following areas: Downtown Ogden – shuttle service to all hotel properties Freeway Adjacent – shuttle service to all hotel properties Layton City – shuttle service to hotel in the downtown and freeway adjacent properties. Shuttle services available from the Salt Lake City airport for a nominal fee.
