44% of Bridge Construction Worker Injuries Involve a Vehicle Travelling Through a Work Zone (OSHA Type 1622, )
2/3 of the 44% are Fatal
28% of Worker Injuries Involve Construction Vehicles
No Work Zone = No Accident
Almost ½ of construction worker injuries (2/3 of which are fatal) could be prevented by performing work out of traffic instead of in a work zone.
