14. Coaches Purpose Statements I value my success as a coach as to what our student athletes are doing years after they graduate. I want to add value to each individual and teach them life lessons that will help them in all aspects of their lives. It is my purpose to passionately help young men develop into adult citizens who will display integrity and loyalty to self, family and community.

Coaches: -MSHSL Continuing Education (Extensive Training) -Rules Interp Meetings -CPR/AED Training -Why We Play Curriculum and Book -Pay for and attend specific sport and Activity clinics Students: -Senior Leadership with AD -Leadership groups within their teams/groups -Mississippi 8 Leadership Conference at SFHS August 13 th 4-8pm (coaches also) -Monthly whole group leadership meetings -Weekly or Bi-weekly Captains/Team leader meetings (in-season)
