RFE PHILIPPINES “A world of Rotary opportunities awaits you through the Rotary Friendship Exchange (RFE) program. You can participate either by hosting guests on a team from another district or representing our district by being on an outbound RFE team. There is no better way to learn about other cultures and to make long- lasting international friendships. The more you know about this program, the more you will want to be a part of it!” --Newell Krogmann, Le Sueur, founder RFE in District 5960, District Governor 2009-2010
