EQ and other soft skills (i.e. self motivation, fear of tests, combat motivation, …) can be organised according. Result: high motivation hence the personality will be supported and helped to improve.The different options of communications can be looked at, including of “How do we really communicate with each other.” Instead of having meetings only about topics of the daily time table, a meeting of “How do the members of our unit really communicate amongst each other.” Misunderstandings and repetitive communication could be reduced.

Illegal immigration, trafficking, smuggling, piracy are some of the aspects of this matter. Young officers, especially in the Navy, are going to operate in this environment.
