Academy teachers shall work as a team in planning, teaching, and troubleshooting program activities. Classes in the academy program shall be limited to academy pupils as specified in subdivision (d). Each participating school district shall establish an advisory committee consisting of individuals involved in academy operations, including school district and school administrators, lead teachers, and representatives of the private sector.

2.  Academy Team creates:  Mission Statement (first draft)  Vision for Academy Experiences by grade level (example)  10 th grade: ropes course, field trips, group mentoring, PBL showcase, etc.  11 th grade: one on one mentors, college trip, job shadows, “pinning ceremony”  12 th grade: leadership retreat, internships, senior exhibitions & dinner Vision Casting
