Cornwall Works Conversation Over 3000 people contacted with 900 people engaged (30% engagement rate) in 10 months Feedback from customers and professionals report that the Cornwall Works Hub conversations are seen as providing excellent customer service that reflects positively on Cornwall Council We have developed a low cost model that maximises outcomes by utilising our unique centrality, partnerships and networks to ensure people access all the support available to them. Many customers were able to access further support from contracts such Cornwall Works with Families, Winter Wellness, National Careers Service, Together for Families, Shelter / British Gas Energy Trust Initiative. We provided triaging, signposting, referring, advocating and follow up as appropriate to build a bespoke package of support for each individual or family referred
