Reauthorization We thought we had a year… Senators Shatz (HI) and Wicker (MS) want to introduce Bill in this session (1 week for SGA input) Major issues: – 5% cap for NSGO – Regional mandate – Authorization level – Solidify education in Sea Grant – NOT allocations among programs
