Responsible for the development, implementation & execution of HR processes and strategy for respective organization, in close partnership with the HR Country/Cluster and HR Centre of Expertise Leads Promotes and monitors the HR operational excellence within the respective function when translating business strategies and decisions into effective goals, plans and tactics. Ensures execution of all key HR policies and HR Core processes within the respective organization. Leads and coaches the senior leaders, managers and associates through change management initiatives. Conducts organizational design and analysis, identifies critical skills and competencies to deliver on business strategies. Maximizes performance through quality staffing, performance management, coaching and building leadership capabilities to maximize organizational effectiveness. Supports employee engagement within the respective function. Responsible for building capability and succession planning within the respective functions in EMEA, together with the business, driving the process into the organization. Applies HR Centers of Expertise strategy & policies in a consistent and equitable way in order to ensure top talent and teams are recruited and retained. Promotes the company as an "Employer of Choice" in the external market. To join our team you will need: University degree in specific subject, combined with at least 3 years of progressive HR generalist experience, within a multi-national environment, in a pan-European environment, in preferably a matrix organization Fluency in English, additional EMEA languages is an advantage Proven leadership skills - coach to senior position Ability to work in/with regional/global operating matrix organizations High performance team building Proven change management and problem solving ability Conflict management & resolution Strong interpersonal skills (internal & external) and excellent communication skills Great organization skills and “can-do” attitude
