Our Three Commandments Encourage your children to eat more fruits, vegetables and dairy products and eat less fats, pastries and high sugar foods. Encourage your children to practise sport and to play outside. It is not only good for their bodies but good for their minds. Ensure that your children are aware of the health dangers of drugs, alcohol and tobacco.

Our Target Group Parents and Carers - These people are directly responsible for the health and welfare of our under 12’s. School Teachers – Can have influence on Sporting Activities and provide role models. School Cooks – Responsible for feeding our children during school hours. The Children – Using Media campaigns we hope to persuade them to adopt a healthier lifestyle.
