13. 1.The D-STEP is a Technopark “without walls”, where the physical common “roof” is replaced by a special management. 2.Technopark implements thorough 5-step filtering procedure of the pipeline projects. This procedure will be absolutely transparent for the investors of the Technopark's Financial Club - the stakeholders‘ representatives can join the experts at any step of this procedure.
