33. Who needs working papers? Anyone under 18 who will be working part- time or full-time. At 15 years and younger you will have to get a working papers for every job that you have. At 16 you will get a transferable work permit.

34. How do I obtain working papers? Bring your parent/guardian and your birth certificate to the main office from 7am- 4pm. Under 16 receive “Vacation Employment Certificate” Over 16 receive “Application for Employment Certificate or Transferable Work Permit” Complete form and submit to employer
