15 Proposed Changes to 62-709 62-709.460 Special Permitting Criteria for Solid Waste Organics Recycling Pilot Projects 62-709.460 Special Permitting Criteria for Solid Waste Organics Recycling Pilot Projects –Operate under a permit issued by this rule –Do not qualify for a registration –Initially qualify 18 months with an option to extend the project for an additional 18 months.
