59. Home of Exelon Wind's Cowell Wind Project City is only 0.7 square miles Very small so really nothing exciting to do here Redwood River flows through the town of Ruthton The population for the 2010 census was only 241 people

60. As you can see, there really isn’t a whole lot to do in section 28 of Minnesota. But if you like small towns and not a lot of people this would be a great place to live or get away!
