R & D – consolidation of research activities / findings related to TLM and assess globally competitive curriculum for S&T Dissemination of R&D findings related to TLM and Assessment Evaluation of School- based Assessment and classroom based assessment programs TIMELINE : by 2005 WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE: i.Assign an agency to act as a focal point to collect and consolidate research findings and activities  This agency reports to the MOE to coordinate dissemination of R&D findings  Link the Materials Depository with Research findings – establish ERIC-like database  Carry out program evaluation for assessment and TLM programs regularly TEACHERS TEACH AND EDUCATE STUDENTS LEARN AND UNDERSTAND
