14. 14 2012 Project Proposal Process  ITRC received 12 proposals for 2012 projects  Focused discussions with states and funders on specific project ideas  Idea session at the 2010 SERDP Symposium  ITRC selected 7 proposals to move forward in the evaluation process (see meeting book)  April - June 2011: ITRC member input on proposals  June – July 2011: voting ITRC Board of Advisors members rank proposals for funding preference based on member input and other criteria  August 2011: ITRC Board of Advisors meeting to finalize draft 2012 budget
