4.  Ruby will be off 2/13-2/16  Luis will be off on 2/16  Billie Jo has appointments 10 th, 13 th, 20 th and 27 th but will come in late or leave early.  Wendie will be off 2/23  Anyone else?

5.  Avg Daily Attendance current week – 54  Once per month:  Avg Daily for the month- 41  Total unduplicated members for the month- 82  TEP placements- 4  SE placements- 6  IE placements- 25  Outreaches- 64

6.  Please note we will be having inspections on a monthly basis for cleanliness and food storage.  Please make sure to keep units clean and add to sign up board if you see something that needs to be changed.

7.  Central Florida Behavioral Health Audit this week. Luis will need to be available for this and will have to go to Bartow to meet with them.

8.  Lease has been renewed so we should hear something soon.

9.  Remember to fill out your progress notes located in receptionist area. Please return to your work unit office.

10.  Tuesdays and Thursdays from 930-1030.  Luis applied for a $1,000 grant from Allstate

11.  PigsFest- Last Friday, we made $550!  Spaghetti Dinner Feb 27 th, 2015- flyers have been made and sent to CR.  Spring Training March 2015- sign up sheets have been made.

12.  Anything to report from previous outing?  Members attending?  Hazards or risks that may occur on the outing?  How can we prevent these?  What’s the weather going to be like?  Who is going to cover driving this week?

13.  Don’t forget that our Employment and Education Dinner is this Thursday. Please make sure to spread the word and try to attend if you are in school or are on the job.

14.  Kitchen served 552 meals and averaged 26 meals a day  Anything to report?
