2. This process aids the creation of a State Adopted List. School Districts have high quality materials to choose from. Publishers have a contract with the State to allow schools to use these as basal materials for the contracted period. Publishers receive high quality feedback about their materials. Exemplifies Quality Approaching Quality Does Not Meet Standards Scores and summary comments from evaluators will be posted on the ODE Instructional Materials site for all submissions that are reviewed. Publishers will be allowed to submit a response, which will also be posted on the ODE Instructional materials site.
